Chеh-plast Ltd. Vratsa is established in 2000 as a company for production and assembly of aluminium and German PVC joinery, suspended facades, glass doors and shop windows, suspended ceilings, winter gardens, persiennes, cover constructions with polycarbonate. The company is managed by eng. Dimitar Ivanov and currently there are 61 specialists and employees working there. Activities are carried on area of 5200 sq.m. with 1530 sq.m. built-up area, and concentrated in 4 workshops for PVC joinery, aluminium joinery, glasses and metal welding workshop. The company works with PVC profiles REHAU -Germany and aluminium joinery of the companies SCHUCO, ALUMIL, ETEM, GEZE, HORMAN. Since 2004 Cheh-plast has implemented production and assembly of ventilated facades made of composite material (ALPOLIC and ETALBOND) ceramics and wood as a buildings' paneling as well as cover constructions made of glass and polycarbonates.  От 2004 г. These are products we had to implement because of our clients' requests for complex building fulfillment. In the beginning of 2006 a workshop for glasses was opened, fully equipped with new Italian machines of the companies Poliglas and Z.Baveloni. The workshop produces glasses for own needs and sales and the equipment allows work with low-e glass - soft coats. The equipment is bought mainly from German manufacturers URBAN, ROTOX and ELUMATEC. Cheh Plast's clients could be described as more than strict and despite the fact that the company is based in Vratsa, its production is well-known in the whole country. The company has offices in Sofia (two), Lovech and Burgas which work successfully for more than 5 years. Since the beginning of 2003 Cheh Plast is a certified manufacturer after it has obtained quality certificate for production of PVC joinery REHAU in audit by Austrian and German representatives of the company and since May 2009 Cheh Plast is a Certified REHAU partner. Thanks to the abovementioned facts, Cheh Plast Ltd. managed to strengthen its positions in the cities: Sofia, Lovech, Burgas, Mezdra, Sevlievo, Varna, Sozopol, Kozloduy and abroad (Raiffeisenbank Kosovo, Liege, Belgium and Vienna, Austria). The company definitely has experience in work with banks as it has fulfilled more than 200 branches of Raiffeisenbank as well as branches of UniCredit Bulbank, Post Bank, Alfa Bank, Piraeus Bank, Cooperative Bank and Allianz Bank. Since 2004 Cheh Plast Ltd. is a member of Bulgarian Doors and Windows Association and since November 2007 eng. Dimitar Ivanov is a Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Association has about 100 members - companies from the sector which has positive attitude, want to keep their clients forever and invest in the business. In 2007 and 2008 the company invests 680 000 euro in machines and equipment. In order to obtain knowledge about the newest in the sector and to fulfill the new requirements of architectures and investors, Cheh Plast regularly visits specialized for the sector professional fairs in Nurnberg and Munich, Germany and sends experts in Thessaloniki, Greece and Istanbul, Turkey. The fact that we have offices and qualified personnel in Sofia, Vratsa, Lovech and Burgas guarantee fast reaction in case of received signal from you related to problems with your doors or windows. The most common problem is related to the mechanisms of closing and the knuckles which usually needs only regulation. Assembly of additional devices Cheh Plast Ltd. performs assembly of upper automats and electric strikes (ensuring access control), which are suitable for front doors, residential buildings, doors in companies with working time control etc. The assembled by us automats belong to the companies DORMA and GEZE, which have proved to be the mechanisms with least exploitation defects during the nine years of our practice. The type (size) of the closing automats is defined by the size of the door and the intensity of opening and closing. Service automatic doors Our company provides out of warranty service of automatic doors of the Italian company CAME and the German GEZE. The same Chеeh Plast, employees who fit and assemble the out of warranty equipment are taking care of it which is guarantee for qualitative repair and maintenance of the doors mechanics and automation. The conclusion of Annual Service Contract allows you to save money and decreases the number of emergency stop of the equipment. Production of glasses The company produces certified glasses (Certificate No. 89427 by Stacione Spreimentale del Vetro, Italy), for its own purposes as well as for colleagues, producers of aluminium and PVC joinery. The glasses of the company have CE mark since November 2009. This mark is compulsory according to BDS EN 1279-1 and 1279-2 from 2006 and for doors and windows it is compulsory since 01.02.2010 according to BDS EN 14351-1. The glasses are produced on a modern line by new machines of Italian companies implemented in January 2006. Because of the production of low-e glasses with soft coat, for the purposes of glass cutting and taking off the soft coating from the perimeter of the glasses, we bought table for cutting with CNC control from Z.BAVELONI - Italy.
