The main activity of "Bulmex" Ltd., Butan is the production of concrete, concrete products, and services with construction machinery.

The base covers an area of 45 decares and is fully equipped with its own construction machinery.

The company is developing dynamically and continuously increasing its efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.

New and modern machinery has been purchased from established manufacturers specializing in concrete equipment.

The main mission of the company is to deliver high quality to its clients and demonstrate serious commitment to all undertaken obligations.

CONCRETE

We offer our partners a closed cycle of production, transportation, and placement of a full range of concrete mixes, including those made according to the client’s special recipe.

The concrete plant has two batching units with a total production capacity of 170 m3/hour.

It is equipped with two crushing-washing screening installations with a total capacity of 250 t/h and a built-in purification system.

The computer-controlled production process ensures accurate dosing and strict compliance with the recipe set in the software.

"Bulmex" Ltd. has its own fleet of concrete mixers and concrete pumps, purchased from established manufacturers of specialized construction machinery.

It also has its own professionally equipped internal laboratory for testing and analysis, ensuring high control during production and testing of final products.

CONCRETE PRODUCTS

"Bulmex" Ltd. has a new-generation automated installation for the production of a wide range of vibro-pressed concrete products.

We offer a series of blocks, columns, caps, and claddings with both smooth and double-sided decorative surfaces, allowing you to build a complete project with a colorful and attractive appearance. Masonry with double-sided decorative surfaces is highly preferred by our clients due to its beautiful design, easy and fast installation, wide application, and durability.

We offer high-quality concrete pavements: pavers, slabs, curbs.

Our products stand out with high mechanical strength and durability. We offer a rich color range.

All materials and products are certified and proven with the required production control certificates.

The company is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 5001.

Process control is carried out through automated devices that measure 4 parameters:

• amount of aggregate;
• presence of additives;
• amount of water;
• temperature during mixture preparation;

Our products use materials only from certified and proven manufacturers.

The concrete plant and screening installation are certified for an implemented production control system by the Institute of Mechanics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and CE marking.

The concrete plant is modernized with the latest generation specialized software system for automatic control and electronic scales, ensuring strict compliance with the set recipe.
