Unibet Ltd is founded on February 29, 2000. The main activities of the company are the preparation of concrete and lime mixtures, their transportation and machine-aided laying. The company owns two concrete preparation centers, both located in Sofia. Since its establishment, Unibet Ltd has been involved in the construction of residential, industrial and office buildings. It owns two ELBA EMC 35 concrete mixing plants. In 2006, the concrete preparation center at Todor Kableshkov str. received an ELBA ЕМS 1000 concrete mixing plant equipped with ELBAMATIC C5 computer control. The company currently has 34 employees. Products CONCRETE MIXTURES CEMENT PUTTY M100, M150, M200, M300 LIME MIXTURES Technology Unibet Ltd is a producer of concrete and lime mixtures. Their production cycle is subdivided as follows: - customer order - preparation of the ordered mixture - delivery of the mixture to the customer’s construction site - laying of the mixture using a concrete pump, if necessary The following materials are used in the preparation of the mixtures: - sand excavated underwater, from the HOLCIM sand-pits - crushed stone aggregate from the Delyan and Studena pits - cement made by Zlanta Panega Cement - chemical admixtures of Ading, Sika or other manufacturers as specified by the customer The inert aggregates are stored in a silo, which allows for control over their moisture. In addition, a vapor generator makes possible the usage of these materials at below-zero temperatures. The joint production capacity of both concrete preparation centers of Unibet amounts to 140 m³/h or 8 000 m³ per month. Since its establishment in the year 2000, the company has produced over 500 000 m³ of concrete and lime mixtures. As with all wet processes in the construction industry, the preparation and laying of concrete and lime mixtures is dependent on the environmental conditions and the air temperature. The concrete and lime mixtures produced by Unibet can be also laid in the winter season thanks to the fact that the machines heat the materials up to the temperature required for the mixture preparation and on the other hand, the finished product is injected with admixtures which allow the pouring of concrete under freezing conditions. Transport Unibet owns the following machinery for transportation and laying of concrete and lime mixtures: - 8 concrete mixers with 9 m³ volume each - 7 concrete mixers with 6 m³ volume each - 4 combined concrete mixers with 20 m and 28 m concrete boom pumps - 3 concrete pumps with boom lengths of 32, 36 and 42 m, respectively - 2 dump trucks with 10 t load capacity each Quality Unibet Ltd makes use of a quality assurance system, which has been deployed, audited and approved by NIISM (Scientific and Research Institute of Construction Materials) in Sofia. It fulfils completely the “Regulation for the Substantial Requirements and Evaluation of the Compliance of Construction Products” of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. We hold valid compliance certificates for all of our concrete and lime mixtures. The quality of the purchased raw materials is secured not only through our suppliers’ certificates, but also through the periodic performance of our own testing of the materials delivered. Our company’s policy makes sure that samples from every type of concrete are obtained on a daily basis and sent to a laboratory. Apart from this, every customer of ours is free to take his own samples and forward them for testing. The company is recertified according to EN-ISO 9001:2000 with Certificate No. 200102 from October 25, 2006, issued by BVQI. Additional quality assurance is made possible through the ELBAMATIC C5 computer control, which is a self-adjusting system that controls the entire process of quality production of mixtures in the ELBA EMS 1000 concrete mixing plant.
