CREO BG Ltd. was founded in the beginning of 2008 in the city of Varna. Its main subject of activity is: home and foreign trade activity, production, sale and trade with building materials. The product that help us be in front of our competitors are our CREO insulating elements – type insulating remaining shuttering. The raw material from which the elements are made from is neopor of BASF with addition of graphite molecules, that make our home heat-, noise- and energy-efficient. CREO technology of building is more than 50 years old and is widely spread in Canada, USA and Europe. The Creo System offers high technological and also easilyaccessible construction engeneering solutions in the form ofseparate thermoblocks. The thermoblocks are used both as shuttering leaves during the construction process and as double thermo, sound sun radiation insulation. Triple-lined wall constructions This ICF refers to solid walls with exterior- and interior positioned insulation layers. This construction can be designed so that it provides an optimal solution for thermal insulation, noise protection and load-bearing capacity. This type of execution nearly completely excludes thermal bridges. Even if the exterior insulation happens to become damaged, the additional interior insulation prevents thermal bridges from arising. The Neopor® blocks are lined up in this type of structure. Additional advantages of using the Creo System: - The Neopor® block raster prevents thermal bridges on the butt joints. - Due to the interlocking contact, the insulation cannot be back flushed with cold air. - Durable and intensive integration through the rigid foam ribs (insulating boards attached later must be doweled on starting at a weight-per-unit-area of 25 lbs/cubic meter). The tensile strength against the exterior insulating layer possibly coming off in Creo system is more than 100 times greater than with glued insulating boards! There is an additional advantage on top of that. The entire wall doesn’t need to be warmed up after the temperatures fall during nighttime in winter, resulting in a shorter warm-up phase. In conventional workmanship – first making a solid wall and then attaching the insulating layers to both sides – this type of wall construction would be too expensive. "Neopor" By "BASF" Neopor® insulates using air and graphite. With Neopor®, BASF provides an insulating material that offers significantly better thermal insulation than products that are currently available: For example, the new product can achieve the same insulating performance as BASF‘s classic Styropor® with up to 50 percent less raw material. Neopor® is based on polystyrene and contains microscopic flakes of graphite that reflect heat radiation, thus improving insulation. The difference between the familiar insulating material Styropor® and its new relative is immediately apparent: Neopor® boards are gray, not white. In the raw state it exists as black granules which are then processed into a foam. Neopor® uses the same principle as Styropor®: It acts as an insulator because the air it contains does not conduct heat well. However, heat radiation also plays a part in thermal insulation and thick Styropor® boards were previously necessary to combat this. In Neopor®, tiny flakes of graphite reflect heat radiation and make the insulating boards almost impermeable to heat. Neopor® therefore provides the same insulation as Styropor® with up to 50 percent less material. As a result, the new rigid foam is particularly interesting for use in areas where there is no room for a thick layer of insulation. Examples include older buildings that did not originally provide for insulation and insulation installed on the inside of external walls, where use of the new material means that less living space is lost. It also makes sense to use Neopor® from an ecological viewpoint. The eco-efficiency analysis showed that Neopor® is far better than other alternatives, both in terms of costs and the burden on the environment. Costs and resources can be saved and there is less impact on the environment because fewer raw materials are needed to achieve the same insulating performance. For example, 3 gallons of crude oil are needed to produce one Neopor® board. But the same board can potentially save 320 gallons of heating oil over a period of 50 years
