Roof and wall cladding systems Technopanel EAD is the Bulgarian company, which develops, manufactures and markets roof and wall cladding systems, composed of sandwich panels for the needs of Industrial construction. The project started in January 2007 and investment amount exceeds 11 million Euro, and production starts in November 2008. Products SANDWICH PANELS TTOP Roof panels TTOP with insulation core of polyurethane rigid foam (PUR), polyisocyanurate rigid foam (PIR) or mineral wool (MW) are suitable for all kind insulated roofs with minimum inclination of the slope 7%. Problems such as leaks or dust are completely eliminated by precise and flawless assembly of the panels TECHNOPANEL. Thanks to the exceptional load bearing capacity and their low weight, the panels TTOP allow reaching longer distance between the purlins, which leads to savings in material from the bearing structure and shorten the execution time. The roof panels are in two varieties – with 3 or 5 ribs. The external and the internal layers are galvanized steel sheets with polyester coating. TFACE Wall panels TFACE with insulation core of polyurethane rigid foam (PUR), polyisocyanurate rigid foam (PIR) or mineral wool (MW) are suitable for facade cladding of industrial and office buildings, се използват за фасади на индустриални и офис сгради, production halls, warehouses and others. The panels are with specifically ribbed or smooth surface, the internal and the external layers are galvanized steel sheets with polyester coating. The connection between wall panels TFACE allow both vertical and horizontal mounting. That combined with the differently ribbed surfaces allows for a variety of architectural solutions and give an aesthetic appearance of the facades and the density of connections ensure water-proof and heat-insulation reliability. Frigopanel Wall refrigerator panels FRIGOPANEL, TFACE T family. Depending on their thickness, panels could be for refrigerator chambers with positive temperatures and, panels for refrigerator chambers with negative temperatures. TTOP TFACE Frigopanels PIR PLATES TTherm Technopanel combine for you the qualities of the traditional materials for thermal insulation of buildings in a new product. TTHERM insulation boards with a core of polyisocyanurate rigid foam, double-masked with aluminum foil, paper or combinations of them. TTHERM are suitable for insulation of both walls as well as roofs and floors. TDUCT PIR - plates TDUCT with insulation of polyisocyanurate rigid foam (PIR), cached on both sides with aluminum foil are an innovative product on the Bulgarian market, suitable for making air ducts for building ventilation and air conditioning. They offer excellent characteristics which ensure "delivery" of fresh air and disposing the contaminated one off the room, transportation of the recirculating air and its disposal outside the building. TTHERM TDUCT UNIFIED HALLS Technopanel proposes drafting in parts: architecture and design of industrial premises and all necessary construction materials, machinery and labor for their construction. We offer standard and unified solutions for prefabricated buildings with a steel bearing skeleton. The options are for single storey halls with a single span frame bearing structure with the following parameters: Width 12, 15 и 18м. Construction height -5 и 6m Length– 12-36m; 36-72m Distance between frames 4/4.5/ и 6m Halls are suitable for warehouse and industrial buildings. Length of the halls in one block may be increased to 120 meters in unheated and 150 meters in heated buildings.  The design allows for installation of doors on the short and long walls of the building. Limit the width of the door exists in buildings with 4.00 meters distance between frames. The design allows also for installation of one-sided doors and windows. In particular cases, we may provide a design solution with overhead cranes and hoists. SERVICES ENGINEERING Our engineering team develops individual solutions on each project including bills of quantity, drawings of all details used in the proposed solution, installation plans and appropriate delivery schedules.
