The exterior and the interior walls are elaborated from wooden construction, in which there is insulation from mineral wadding. At the both sides are fastened OSB plates. At the interior side is installed plasterboard, and at the exterior – heat and hydro insulations. Externally they are finished with different types of plasters, stone or wood. The details from wood are processed against mould and parasitic fungi and are fire-resistant. The precast houses are suitable for a year-round occupancy. The complete installation is performed by the company and at discretion of the client – up to key.                         SAUNAS, SPA: Katelievi 90 LTD. offers eight standard models of saunas К2-К8, as well as the manufacture of unspecified as per form and dimensions saunas as per individual project. The wood, from which are manufactured the saunas, tilia, is precisely selected and processed as per special technology. The saunas are completed with Finnish heaters and accessories. The melliferous lime is an ecologically clean tree. The structure of this wood is eternal, which makes it great treasure. The absorbency of the wood, using it as a material for planking of saunas and vapour baths, does not have equal to itself, it can be quickly warmed up and cooled down, as in the same time it does not change its form and colour. For comparison with the aspen wood, it quickly darkens up to 3 years, and the African type of wood, which are sufficiently expensive, are still elaborated from dead trees. The lime brings with itself the inimitable scent of the forest, a positive charge and energy, contributing to your aura of warmth in your house or apartment. The lime possesses favourable energy, light unforgettable scent and pleasant cream-coloured colour. The density of the mountain lime is less than that of the plain lime.
