Since 2005, MAGNUIS GROUP has been officially appointed as representative of ROPLASTO – the leading German company specialized in production of PVC profile systems for doors and windows. Magnus Group imports all its PVC materials from Roplasto’s factory in Germany. Aluminum Joinery Magnus Group is licensed by aluminum architecture systems Alumil of Greece, to produce aluminum doors and windows with their materials. We offer a wide range of doors, windows, sliding systems and constructions made to order and specifically designed to meet clients’ requests. Clients have the option of additional items for external and internal use. These items include insect screens, horizontal and vertical blinds and external and internal window sills. PVC Joinery The PVC profile market is flooded by material produced in China, Turkey and former European Communist countries. Magnus Group prides itself on importing all the PVC material from Roplasto – one of the leading German producers. This guarantees maximum quality throughout. Roplasto is an independent company. It has produced PVC profile systems for doors and windows for more than fifty years. Roplasto’s factories are located in Bergish Gladbach near Cologne. The products of Roplasto are manufactured in accordance with the highest international quality standards. Main advantages of Roplasto PVC profile systems: - High resistance to adverse climatic conditions - Long life – guaranteed minimum of fifty years - Windows can be produced in flat, curved, arched and asymmetric forms - Easy to clean - 23 colours - different internal and external colours on request - 3 and 5 chamber systems - heat insulation (K=1,2 – 1,5 w/m2) - sound proofed (34 – 45 dB) - double glazing (24 – 40 mm) - optional locking systems providing high security levels Hanging Systems and Aluminium Paneling The facade hanging systems are the ideal solution for modern and luxurious buildings and winter gardens. There are three variations: Standard Hanging System – with external aluminium “clipped on strips” around all the window panes. Additional colours are optional (RAL* catalogue) Semi Structural Hanging System – The same technical principle used in the previous hanging system, with the difference that, one can see “alternate” aluminum capped strips and silicon grouting. This gives the general structure a total impression that is one whole unit. Additional colours are optional (RAL catalogue) Structural hanging system – the panes “apparently“ seem to be joined by silicon grouting but without any aluminium strips. The general effect of this option is that the whole facade seems to be made all in glass. Aluminium paneling - luminium paneling is new technological development whose unique characteristics ensure modern innovative architectural solutions. It is made of two fine aluminium sheets, sandwiching non toxic insulation material. The external sheet is painted with durable coloured film. This paneling system allows for the possibility of any form of architectural design and patterns. Profile Retails Magnus Group is licensed to retail Roplasto products. White and golden oak coloured profiles are always on store. A full range of twenty-one additional coloured profiles, with option of different coloured sides, are supplied on order. We also provide trimming knives (cutters) for Roplasto PVC systems. Total clients’ satisfaction is our main goal. We provide after sales and customer sales service.
