Kim Plas Ltd started its activity in 2007 as a manufacturer and installer of aluminium and PVC windows and doors. The professional work and high‑quality materials, combined with speed and accuracy of execution, helped us establish ourselves on the market.

Our mission is to provide high‑quality window systems with long service life, excellent thermal and sound insulation and a modern appearance, tailored to the architecture of the building and the needs of each client. Every order is handled individually – from the initial consultation and on‑site measurements, through the preparation of an offer, to final installation and after‑sales service. We work with proven profile systems established on the Bulgarian and European markets – aluminium profiles ETEM and ALTEST, PVC profiles Rehau, Aluplast, Alain. This allows us to offer solutions for standard windows and doors, complex façade systems, sliding constructions and terrace glazing.

Our installation team provides professional consultation and on‑site measurements, analysis of existing windows and recommendations for the optimal solution. When necessary, we perform dismantling of old windows, preparation of openings, wall corrections and finishing works to ensure a complete and aesthetic result.

The company’s production facility is located in the village of Zelen dol, where we have modern equipment for cutting, processing and assembling aluminium and PVC profiles. Thanks to our own transport, we provide free delivery within Blagoevgrad and flexible conditions for nearby areas.

Aluminium windows and doors

Kim Plas Ltd offers ETEM and ALTEST aluminium systems, suitable for residential and commercial buildings, façade systems, shopfronts, entrance doors and sliding constructions. Aluminium provides high durability, stability and long service life, while thermal‑break profiles ensure excellent insulation.

We manufacture windows, doors, shopfronts, sliding systems and custom solutions. We offer a wide range of RAL colours, wood‑effect finishes and anodized coatings to achieve the desired façade appearance.

PVC windows and doors

Our PVC systems are based on Rehau, Aluplast and Alain profiles – systems with proven quality, excellent thermal and sound insulation. PVC windows are suitable for apartments, houses, offices and commercial spaces where comfort, energy efficiency and easy maintenance are required.

We offer double and triple glazing, low‑emission glass, sun‑protection and sound‑insulating solutions. We carefully select the opening type, dimensions and accessories (insect screens, sills, internal and external blinds) to deliver a complete system.

Glass systems and frameless glazing

For terraces, balconies, verandas and modern façades we offer glass systems and frameless glazing. These solutions provide maximum light, elegant appearance and protection from weather conditions without burdening the architecture.
