“Rudi 80 Ltd.” was founded in 2004 in Varna and specializes in the design, production and installation of awnings, canopies made of PVC tarpaulin and acrylic fabric, transparent foil (crystal) or colored and mesh materials in various color ranges:

windproof curtains and fences made of transparent foil (crystal), advertising banners and billboards, diving parachutes, transport belts, trampolines, advertising inscriptions, sunbed cushions, canopies, awnings, covers.

The company manufactures, delivers and installs pool covers made of PVC tarpaulin and a wide variety of covers for: pools, cars, trucks, trailers, yachts and boats, industrial premises, machines, sports facilities, stage covers and podiums, and other similar products.

Made of PVC tarpaulin

Produced from coated vinyl with silk thread, suitable for your restaurant, terrace, gazebo, hotel and more.

Made of acrylic fabric

Retractable awnings can be operated manually (with a crank) or automatically (with an electric motor and/or remote control), which also allows control via a wind sensor.

They are manufactured in sizes: length up to 6 m and extension forward from 1.5 m to 3 m. The structure allows tilt adjustment from 0 to 90 degrees, and the cover can be made of acrylic fabrics or vinyl (PVC).

Truck covers

Manufacturing of covers for trucks and other transport vehicles. They are made of PVC synthetic tarpaulin with increased resistance to tearing and ripping.

Pool covers

Summer covers are made of polyethylene. They are pulled from a roller placed next to the pool and lie on the water surface, usually without fastening. They protect the water from contamination and from cooling during the night when the pool is not in use.

Winter covers are made of PVC material and are installed over the pool during winterizing. They are tensioned with anchors and lie on the water surface — the pool must remain full to prevent the cover from tearing due to water accumulation. They protect from dirt, algae growth and accidents.

Cushion manufacturing

Cushions can be made from textiles with different densities. Depending on this, the product can be made with or without padding with wadding and additional textile, with decorative stitching of the three layers (textile–wadding–textile). For dense fabrics, padding with wadding is not necessary.

Diving parachute manufacturing

The material used is coated vinyl or PVC tarpaulin.
